The coverage planner

The planner prepares a text brief in your browser. It does not submit your selections to Radstead, store them in a database or save them in browser storage. Entries stay in this browser tab’s memory while you move between pages of this site. They are cleared when you select Clear planner, reload the page or close the tab.

When you select Copy, the brief is placed on your device’s clipboard. When you select Download, your browser saves a text file to your device. When you select Email draft, your own email application opens an unaddressed draft; you choose the recipient, and nothing is sent unless you send it.

The checklist, worksheet and coverage-gap tool

The onboarding checklist, the provider comparison worksheet and the coverage-gap tool work the same way. Their entries exist only in the page’s memory, are cleared when you reload or leave the page, and are never sent. Download and Copy create a text file or clipboard entry on your device only.

Keep it to business information

Do not enter patient information, clinical studies, reports, passwords or network details into any tool on this site. They ask only for general operational information, such as modality, approximate volume, hours and a system name.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or cookies, and it loads no fonts or scripts from other services. The website host processes ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser headers, to serve the pages.

Links to other websites

Reference links to standards bodies and regulators open their websites, where their own privacy practices apply.

Email and sharing

If you share a brief, checklist or worksheet by email or another service, that service’s privacy practices apply. Use your established business channels and leave patient information out.

Clinical information

Patient information is shared only through authorized clinical channels established under the applicable service and information-handling agreements. This website is not a channel for urgent clinical communication.
